Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Lococo (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
2. Eligibility
The Service is available only to individuals who are 13 years of age or older.
Each individual may create and maintain only one account.
3. Personal Information
We collect personal information from users, including: name and username, phone number, email address, mailing address, and age.
We do not send promotional emails or newsletters.
4. Account Termination and Data Retention
Users may delete their accounts at any time.
After account deletion, Lococo will retain user data for 90 days to process any outstanding matters. After this period, all associated data will be permanently deleted.
5. Prohibited Activities
Users agree not to engage in the following activities:
Creating or maintaining multiple accounts.
Fraudulent activities or attempts to deceive other users or the platform.
Uploading or sharing illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content.
Any action that may disrupt, damage, or interfere with the proper functioning of the Service.
Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account without prior notice.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and materials available on Lococo are owned by Lococo or its licensors.
Users retain ownership of any content they create and share but grant Lococo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and operate the content within the Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
Lococo is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Korea.
